Secure and efficient interaction with Advisers


The PFP is easy to use and provides a place to store all your financial documents. It enables encrypted messaging between you and your adviser and the ability to upload files with bank level security. You can also add your banking details to ensure your up-to-date information is stored in one place.

Update your details and check your valuations


You can update your personal information at any time and notify your adviser of any life events. This will enable deeper conversations in your meetings with us, helping us make clear plans so you can achieve your goals.

Register in 4 easy steps

On the PFP landing page click the 'Register' button. You will be prompted to enter your email address, which in turn will trigger an email containing an activation link to be sent to your account.

Upon receipt of the email, click on the activation link.

You will now need to verify your identity, define a password and agree to the Terms and Conditions. Click 'Register' to complete the activation of your account.

The activation process is now complete! You will receive an on-screen confirmation message saying 'Activation process complete' and a link to your PFP account.

Can I have a joint account?

A joint profile in PFP allows a PFP user to manage all profile data for both themselves and their partner. In PFP, such a partner is referred to as a “financial partner”.

If a client has a financial partner, and the financial partner has given the appropriate consent, then the client will be able to manage their data. Please speak to your adviser to give consent and we will update our system to enable the joint profile.

Will I lose access to my old Wealth Platform?

The new PFP system will have all the functionality of the old system and so much more. Access to the old Wealth Platform system will end on 28th February.

What should I do if I have any problems?

What if my personal information isn't up to date?

As we move onto the new system some of your personal information may be dated. As you have your next meeting with your adviser we will ensure that all your personal information has been updated and is accurate.

Is there an app?

As a user, you can install our PFP app which is a web app; it uses the web to deliver an app-like experience. It can be opened like an app from your home screen but can be used on smartphones and tablets alike.

To install the app;

  1. Open your browser
  2. Type in https://skerritts.gb.pfp.net/
  3. Select Get the App
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions (this will differ between phones and operating systems so we are unable to provide these here)

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, you can click on the Forgotten Password link to receive an email with a link to reset your password.
