Not everyone wants or needs the same service, what we provide you will depend on the service you require so we have created a range of bespoke packages to suit the needs of all our different clients for you to choose from.
Transactional clients will receive the basic record keeping, an online account and first level of online services at no cost. All other services are available upon request; if it becomes more involved we will always advise you of any cost of a more detailed report before we proceed. Clients will not receive on-going investment management/monitoring of investments.
Clients in the Standard Financial Planning Service receive all of the services and benefits of the Transactional category, together with the following additional services:
Client Assistance Programme
This service provides clients with free access to expert advice, valuable information, specialist counselling and support, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, covering legal advice, health issues and money management. We have attached a brochure detailing this service.
Monthly Investment service
This service provides a regular commentary from our investment team based on the insight they have into the markets and topical issues.
Technical update service
With the ever changing regulation and financial planning landscape, this service brings to light the topical issues, which need to be acted upon.
Telephone access to an adviser
Sometimes you just need a little bit of help, to get a second opinion or to check your understanding from a market professional. This service is there to provide that support, if it becomes more involved we will always advise you of the cost to produce a more detailed report before we proceed.
Access to Discretionary Managed Strategies
Our Investment Team can help take the worry out of monitoring your investments and making sure they are actively invested along the guideline you set. Our actively monitored and rebalanced risk-rated investment portfolios are designed to meet your investment and pension objectives.
Annual risk management assessment
This service is available upon request or when you feel your objectives have changed and will enable you to check if your portfolio is continuing to remain invested in accordance with your Risk and Return objectives.
Annual tax report
This service will help you make the most of the tax benefits open to you and provides the information necessary to complete your annual tax return.
Clients within the Transactional category are able to move to the Standard Financial Planning Service and receive all of the additional benefits for an additional fee of £10p.m.
