Not everyone wants or needs the same service, what we provide you will depend on the service you require so we have created a range of bespoke packages to suit the needs of all our different clients for you to choose from.
Transactional clients will receive the basic record keeping, an online account and first level of online services at no cost. All other services are available upon request; if it becomes more involved we will always advise you of any cost of a more detailed report before we proceed. Clients will not receive on-going investment management/monitoring of investments.
Standard Financial Planning Service
Clients in the Standard Financial Planning Service receive all of the services and benefits of the Transactional category, together with the following additional services:

|This service provides clients with free access to expert advice, valuable information, specialist counselling and support, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, covering legal advice, health issues and money management. We have attached a brochure detailing this service.|
|Monthly Investment service|
|This service provides a regular commentary from our investment team based on the insight they have into the markets and topical issues.|
|Technical update service|
|With the ever changing regulation and financial planning landscape, this service brings to light the topical issues, which need to be acted upon.|
|Telephone access to an adviser|
|Sometimes you just need a little bit of help, to get a second opinion or to check your understanding from a market professional. This service is there to provide that support, if it becomes more involved we will always advise you of the cost to produce a more detailed report before we proceed.|
|Access to Discretionary Managed Strategies|
|Our Investment Team can help take the worry out of monitoring your investments and making sure they are actively invested along the guideline you set. Our actively monitored and rebalanced risk-rated investment portfolios are designed to meet your investment and pension objectives.|
|Annual risk management assessment|
|This service is available upon request or when you feel your objectives have changed and will enable you to check if your portfolio is continuing to remain invested in accordance with your Risk and Return objectives.|
|Annual tax report|
|This service will help you make the most of the tax benefits open to you and provides the information necessary to complete your annual tax return.|
Clients within the Transactional category are able to move to the Standard Financial Planning Service and receive all of the additional benefits for an additional fee of £10p.m.
Full Financial Planning Service
Full Financial Planning Service clients, (for clients with an excess of £25,000 invested with us in relevant investments), receive all of the benefits of the Standard service, together with the following additional services:

|By prior agreement or upon client request we will prepare a review of your financial plan and investments to help you review the plan you have and its progress.|
|Half Yearly Rebalancing Service|
|For our discretionary investment clients as well as the regular monitoring of the selected investments, we also review the selected portfolio and rebalance to make sure the risk rating of the investment remains as you originally selected.|
|Cash Flow Management Service|
|Upon request we will help you understand and model how you plan and save for the key financial events in your life.|
|Capital Gains Tax Alerts and Reporting|
|Upon request this will help make sure you understand the tax implications of the gains you have built up in your portfolios and how you can plan to make sure any tax is minimised by using your annual allowances.|
|A Dedicated Telephone Based Adviser|
|A trusted professional who knows you and who you know, when you need a little bit of help, to get a second opinion or to check your understanding. This service is there to provide that support; if it becomes more involved we will always advise you the cost of a more detailed report before we proceed|
Comprehensive Financial Planning Service
This service is designed for clients who use our Discretionary Investment Portfolios and is subject to a minimum investment of £75,000 being held on the Portfolios.
In addition to the Full Financial Planning Service, the Comprehensive Service offers face to face access to a Dedicated Adviser and the full range of additional services.

|A trusted professional you can meet on a regular basis, who knows you and understands you and your plan, when you need a little bit of help, to get a second opinion or to check your understanding. This service is there to provide that support; if it becomes more involved and a more detailed report is needed we will always advise you of any cost before we proceed.|
|Quarterly Rebalancing Service|
|For our discretionary investment clients as well as the regular monitoring of the selected investments we also review the selected portfolio and rebalance to make sure the investment’s risk remains as you originally selected.|
|Inheritance Tax Review Service|
|Upon request we will help you understand the liability you may have to pay and discuss ways in which you can organise your affairs and assets to minimise what your family and beneficiaries may have to lose.|
Elite Financial Planning Service
The Elite Service is for clients who hold in excess of £300,000 on the Skerritts Discretionary Portfolios.
This service provides unlimited access to your dedicated adviser for you and your family members, as well as access to the knowledge and expertise of our Technical Department. As ever this service is there to provide professional support; if it becomes more involved we will always advise you of the cost of a more detailed report before we proceed.
This service is designed for Trustee investments in our Discretionary Investment Portfolios and is designed to meet the specialist needs of Trustees, including full compliance with the Trustee Investment Act, regular reporting and detailed tax planning and reporting.
Group Pension Member Service
For clients who are active members of companies where we administer the Group Pensions we provide a personal online account with document storage and access to regular financial planning updates. We will also complete administration duties and provide further support upon request. This service includes proactive on-going monitoring of the company pension and an annual review as well as wider financial planning services upon request.
