At Skerritts, our services begin with an initial introductory meeting where we aim to gather information and understand more about the needs of the employer and their workforce.
During the assessment process we aim to gather more detailed information, and deliver a proposal taking into account issues such as Auto-Enrolment, the employer’s budget, the needs of the client and the overall compliance with all the relevant legislation.
Once we have come to an agreement with our client, we can then offer a full range of implementation options.
In addition, a core part of our proposition is the ongoing administration of the pension scheme and the accompanying specialist investment advice for both the employer and the members of the pension scheme.
We can also provide bespoke retirement advice to members of pension schemes.
