Buildings and Contents Insurance – Probably the most well known insurance, it covers you in the event that your private property is damaged or if items are stolen.
ASU – Accident, sickness and unemployment cover can be taken out to protect mortgage payments. You can choose full ASU or a choice of accident and sickness or unemployment cover. Benefits are usually paid for a term of between 12-24 months.
